I have a confession. I wasn't sure what this week's word was. I've been rather preoccupied and overwhelmed. There isn't much quiet that happens at my house, ever.
Lauren had an orthodontist appointment this morning and an assignment to make a cake for the YW/YM fundraiser this evening. She decided to skip school and work on the cake. The house was quiet as the other kids were at school and Brandon was playing happily with his friend Jack upstairs. Here she is concentrating on starburst flowers, so I suppose this does in fact work for quiet.
I vow to be more intentional next week :)

It's perfect! Taylor and I were once home alone while all the boys were gone somewhere and she commented on how quiet it was. Little brothers make a lot of noise :)
